This event has been rescheduled to accomodate a Federal holiday :)
Albuquerque, now is the time to support Local.
Yelp Albuquerque and FreeRange Spaces invite the general public to connect with Albuquerque Rapid Transit (A.R.T.) impacted local businesses during Christmas in July. Get into the holiday spirit and learn how you can give back, and spread local cheer. The venue will be packed with businesses offering food and drink samples, shopping discounts, introductions to cool nonprofits, and performances by troupes and organizations along the Central avenue corridor.
Are you a business owner impacted by A.R.T.? Join us. It's free, and we want to connect you with grants and resources to get you through construction season. This event is, first and foremost, a happy hour for business owners. Send an email to [email protected]
This event is free to the general public, please let us know you'll be joining us on this event page. A.R.T will be represented at the event by Dayna Crawford. The list of participating businesses includes:
— Off Broadway Vintage
— Blunt Bros. Coffee
— Pita Pit
— Andy & Edie
— The Octopus and the Fox
— Shutterbooth ABQ
— 99 Degree Seafood Kitchen
— Q's Cakes & Sweets Boutique
— Satellite Coffee
— Very Small Shoes
— Flying Star Cafe
— The Bank Lofts
It's time to shift the narrative. Yes, the construction on Central avenue is challenging, but each and every one of us can change the game. We can support Central. Business owners can change the game, too. Route 66 is open for business, there's plenty of free parking, and traffic flow is relatively easy. Let's connect, as consumers, as entrepreneurs, as Burqueños, let's support the future of this city.
