When friends Lydia and Anthony Allen were in The French Quarter a couple of months ago, they had this to say:
«We were captured one evening by the incredibly enchanting voice of Joanna Tomassoni as she busked with her guitar sequestered on a street corner off the beaten track. We stopped, mesmerized, and fell heart-long into her siren-like voice. Others, realizing they had also stumbled onto a magical moment, paused, and were then taken into the vortex of Joanna's voice. Afterwards, we just blurted out an invite to Joanna to come to New Mexico. Now she, and the band, Tumbling Wheels will be here Monday evening with their unique brand of Americana. Listening to them, I am returned to my own youth when so much of this style music was breaking out with groups like Peter, Paul and Mary, The New Christies Minstrels and The Kingston Trio. I am SOOOO excited they're coming. It's Monday night! Come experience how magic a Monday can really be!
They will be joined by C'est Bon, a perfect complement.
