BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) Circuit Strength Training Class — This is a Mommy/Baby workout with a twist. Build strength while having a fun, bonding experience with your baby or toddler. This class consists of a resistance workout with your little one in a baby carrier. Instructor Kerry Greer has experience as a Personal Trainer and has developed a one-of-a-kind strength workout that will build muscle, burn calories and provide a fun experience with your little one! The workout will be tailored to each participant's fitness level, so weights and suspension trainers can be added for a more intense class, or taken away for a simpler starting point. We'll start with a power yoga warm-up and finish with some fun core and cool-down elements to get your little one giggling. Bring a friend and let's have some fun!!!
