Yoga Zo Instructor, Meg, welcomes you to her home studio, Summit Studio! This donation class, Oils and Asanas is unique as it's not only an asana practice, but it's educational and informative with the use of essential oils as well in your practice as well. Meg will lead you through a slow flow and gentle start, which gradually moves into yin and restorative postures, all paired with the use of essential oils. As you relax into each posture, you will gain knowledge of the benefits and uses of essential oils. Each chakra will be aligned with the use of the oils as well as postures to open up and awaken your connection to yourself. You will walk away feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated by the aromas of each oil as well as the specific posture paired with each oil to allow for maximum healing. There will also be some sound healing as well to take your entire experience to the next level.
After the class, we will discuss a bit further on what essential oils are and why it's beneficial to incorporate them into your everyday practice.
***This is a $10 class. Bring your Yoga Mat, a note pad, and water. *** You MUST RSVP to [email protected] as space is limited and we have invited our regulars first to ensure you don't miss this one-of-a-kind class!
