The argument is scheduled for January 24, at 8:30 am, at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, 460 Vermejo Courtroom. The address is 333 Lomas Blvd NW # 270, Albuquerque, NM 87102 (between 3rd & 4th Streets).
