Cacao is a sacred plant that for centuries has been used to boost endorphins, and encourage a deeper relationship with the divine. This day is prior to the Christian tradition of Ash Wednesday, where the sacred body is reminded of ash to ash, and dust to dust, we honor each phase of the human incarnation. Join us in honoring our sacred body, and nurturing of the soul as we prepare for transformation. Within the temazcal each individual can apply a full body mask of cacao and sacred corn, and rinsed with medicinal tea for healing.
Please bring a swimming suit, sarong, or shirt and shorts to enter the temazcal. You are also invited to bring a bath towel to enter the temazcal and a beach towel or small blanket for exiting the temazcal. If we have stormy weather please check back on the event page to confirm there has not been a cancellation.
It is tradition to offer a donation, the suggested love donation is $30.00.
Please text, email or instant message Tonita, and she will confirm your attendance.
