“All real living is meeting”.
What is it like, to meet ourselves and be fully present inside our skin?
How can we make our relationship to ourselves the fertile soil from which we can reach out and form new connections?
In this workshop, you will be guided through experiences that will give you a sense of inhabiting your own body on a deep and profound level. We will explore our perceived boundaries, in relationship to self and to others around us. Through embodiment practices, we will use our(often underused) capacity to sense and to feel deeply. In constant conversation with ourselves and with our environment and the atmosphere, we can use this knowledge to inform the way we move in the world.
