The High Desert Yoga Youth Camps teach kids and teen/tweens valuable life lessons while they have a great time!
Campers learn how to take care of and listen to their bodies and selves through yoga, games, mindfulness techniques, and learning to make their own healthy snacks. All games and activities are non-competitive and inclusive, teaching youth the value of working together and supporting each other.
Yoga at any age builds strength and flexibility physically, but also internally, informing us how to live with confidence and cooperation. Most importantly Yoga reminds us that each of us is a unique special seed that only needs love and tending (from inside and out) to blossom and share its beauty and gifts with the world.
Each week will be unique, so bring your kiddos to as many sessions as you wish! We also believe that our yoga camps are for everyone, so please let us know if you are in need of a scholarship, or know someone who is.
